Ideas For Andrea's windows

Hello Andrea,
Here are some panels I am hoping you will inspire you. In the funny twist of fate much like every day life, the blog entry below for Matthew relates to you. Matthew went to my blog and found the same window you did (explained below), and the ideas he was interested in are also based on rondels (different application but with the same concepts). So I have fleshed out your ideas, and will use his proposal below yours as an adjunct idea spot. All this is preliminary work, but the visuals will be a big help and maybe you can start working with different elements of the panels to come up with a design. As you well know, there are a million different things we can do, and I can do just about anything in stained glass (have I mentioned the clown face???), but I think we have a good start. One of the things I want to point out, is the Southwestern Rondel that both you and Matthew are interested in can be broken down in to three panels (center and two sides) and we can talk about that when the time comes. Please feel free to peruse my posting to Matthew as that has some great info for you too...

This first panel is one I also proposed to Matthew, and I was kind of wondering what this might be like with rondels in it...Don't know quite where I am going with this but I am noodling (By the way, that totally cracked me up!!!) Talk to you soon, and feel free to post here and that will save time going back and forth. You may have to go to "older post" to view my proposal to Matthew, and I think this will also help with colour choices!!

The following windows show how sets can work: center motif and two simple accents on each side.
